Ketchum
Ketchum, Oklahoma is a small bedroom town in Craig County within the South Grand Lake Area. The area was founded in 1898 within Northeast Mayes County, but it was relocated to its current location in 1912 after the demise of the Kansas, Oklahoma and Gulf Railroad. Although quiet during the week, Ketchum attracts many recreational visitors during holidays and weekends. The area is home to a baseball field, football field and fire department. The South Grand Lake Regional Airport is less than two miles to the Northeast of the town.

Langley
The town of Langley, Oklahoma is a bustling community located on the edge of the South Grand Lake Area. Situated in Mayes County, the area is located along the west side of the Pensacola Dam. Homes within Langley offer lakefront views, pastoral views, bluff lake views and river views. The area is home to many retail shops, restaurants and grocery stores, and it is the gateway to the Grand Lake O' the Cherokee's South end. Many enjoy the Langley Grand Cherokee Golf Course and the nearby Disney recreational areas.

Disney
Disney, Oklahoma is a historic Mayes County town that dates back to the 1930's. Often referred to as Disney Island, the only road within the area is Oklahoma State Highway 28. Because of Disney's location to the Pensacola Dam, growth of the area is limited. As a consequence, the area is ideal for those that desire a small-town lifestyle. The area is home to several recreational areas, and locals often encounter wild deer. Homes within the area offer lakefront views, seasonal water views and highway frontage views. Disney provides a bate shop and post office, a convenience store and apparel shop and access to the Green Country Camp and Conference Center.

Monkey Island
Monkey Island Peninsula is one of the most lively areas on Grand Lake. It is located within North Grand Island and it offers many activities and attractions during the day or night. The area is appealing for its horseback riding trails, walking and biking trails and cabins and RV parks. However, others enjoy parasailing, shopping and fishing along Monkey Island. With its many restaurants, outdoor recreation and attractive nightlife, its no wonder that many are selecting homes within the area that offer lakefront views, golf course views and seasonal water views.

Tia Juana
Tia Juana, Oklahoma is a small strip of homes located less than four minutes Northeast from the town of Disney. The area offers an exclusive community with mainly waterfront homes and some homes with pastoral views. The area provides pleasant lake breezes through out the year, and has easy access to other areas along Oklahoma State Highway 28 including Little Blue State Park and Jay, Oklahoma.

Grove
Grove, Oklahoma is the largest and one of the most developed areas along Grand Lake. The city is located within Delaware County and it was incorporated in the 1890's. Residents and visitors enjoy the city of Grove, because it offers the Grand Lake's largest concentration of entertainment, restaurants, shopping and recreational opportunities, and public services. Throughout the year Grove offers a myriad of trade shows, festivals, parades and car shows for the whole family. Homes within the city of Grove offer lakefront views and pastoral views. Cleora
Cleora, Oklahoma is a census designated community that is situated along State Highway 85. The area is located in Delaware County, and it is home to many exclusive waterfront homes and estates. Cleora is a premier anglers hotspot and it offers beautiful views of Lighthouse 12 on Two Tree Island.
